What to expect:

We are energetic beings who are affected by the planetary movements on all levels. By choosing to consciously and intentionally work with the movements and phases of the  moon, we are able to create more coherence in our being because we have greater awareness of the way that our experience is a reflection of what is happening on a larger level

Increased ability to manifest

The movements and phases of the moon carry with them unique energetics which are conducive for manifestation. When we work with the new moon specifically, in an intentional way and with consistency and regularity, we attune ourselves to the energetics which are always in support of making our dreams manifest. Look at the way that farming has been done in conjunction with the new and full moons - this is not new information, we are simply reawakening the knowing within ourselves

Deeper healing, reflection and transmutation

Each moon occurs in a different sign bringing with it opportunities to tune into and work with that unique energy.  The full moons in particular provide opportunities ripe for reflection, contemplation and releasing; it is through the intentional work with this energy that we are able to receive deeper healing assisted by the energetics of the full moon

Support and encouragement along the journey

Often times it can feel as though you are the only one having a particular experience which can lead to feeling isolated, frustrated, discouraged and even hopeless.  These containers are ripe for just the opposite to occur. Each ceremony has some sort of central theme arise which creates a sense of unity, helping us to remember that we are not alone.  While it may feel tempting to isolate when things feel challenging, these spaces provide neutral territory for honest sharing, reflection and relating to one another.
