The Congruent Heart Method

Pause

It sounds simple, but pausing is something many of us find challenging. We begin with pausing through the use of various modalities to quiet the mind.
Attune

We attune to the frequency of the heart and begin to listen. Attunement is key to ensure that the voice we are accessing is authentic and beyond the logical mind.
Embody

Application comes through embodiment. A connection with our bodies allows for a deeper relationship with our intuition and in turn, our hearts.
